W3Body, a Women's Training Gym is a women-only gym focusing on semi-private personal training, one on one personal training and TEAM training. Our semi-private group fitness and private personal training sessions focus on building strength and our TEAM training sessions focus on core and cardio! We also have a workout on your own area for our members. We start everyone in a short-term trial to give them the ability to experience our programs and figure out if we are the perfect fit for them and their fitness goals!
