We focus on utilizing fresh herbs and spices such as Thai basil, lemongrass, fresh Thai chilies and lesser known spices like galangal, and kaffir lime leaves. Our chefs here at THAI-D focus on making food which is not only delicious, but nutritious as well. Instead of overloading the food with excess oil, MSG and sugar, the chefs use the fresh herbs and spices to get a truly fresh and exquisite taste that can only be found in authentic Thai cuisine. We are considerate of any special dietary needs our customers may have. Most dishes can be made vegan or vegetarian. There are also several gluten free dishes made from fresh rice noodles.
