Here at the Wild Roaster, we hand roast our carefully selected coffee beans in house every day. We only choose beans that are grown sustainably from businesses run by women. We work carefully to select our beans, creating delicious non-interpretive brews that are the perfect accompaniment to any moment. We roast the beans in a way that is true to their nature to get the best out of each bean and to bring you the best cup of coffee. We believe in offering only the highest quality hand roasted coffee available in the Chicago area. We serve Deerfield, as well as surrounding communities such as Highland Park, Northbrook, and all across the North Shore.
