The organization s New Promise Center is a housing, social service and spiritual enhancement program for homeless women and their children. Its youth programs include day camps and after-school and summer programs. The South Side Mission s benevolence center offers food baskets, furniture, appliances, clothing and household goods to people in need. The organization operates a rural camp for children from low-income homes. Its child day care center provides education through Christian curriculum and offers creative play activities that promote success in children's lives.
