Founded in 1977, GEMCO Roofing & Supply Inc. is one of the leading distributors of residential and commercial roofing products. Based in Bellwood, Ill., it has a 30,000-square-feet warehouse floor space. The firm offers a range of products, such as cedar shake, shingles, coal tar, hot air welders, nail pullers, compressors and hoses, among others. It provides products through its various manufacturers, including Anglo American Cedar Products, Georgia-Pacific Dens deck, Cora deck Metal Decking and Plymouth Foam Products, to name a few.
