I'm from out of state, and this department store is great. It's comparable to Nordstrom's. They have a great shoe selection. They had a grand piano with a sitting area and a pianist playing....

Nobody is ever working. There is no help, I once saw 1 clerk in the entire store. The policies change like we change our clothes. Now you can't return anything if you just pay 50% and pay $3.00...
