Ameriana Bancorp is a bank holding company that operates through its wholly owned subsidiary, Ameriana Bank. The holding company provides a range of investments and securities products through banking centers in the central Indiana. Ameriana Bank offers a variety of deposit products, such as savings, individual retirement, and freedom and interest checking accounts. It provides certificates of deposit, as well as maintains a network of ATMs. The bank is a member of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation and an Equal Housing Lender. Ameriana Bancorp owns Ameriana Insurance Agency and has interests in Family Financial Holdings. Its subsidiary, Ameriana Financial Services offers several brokerage products.
