A friend of mine took his deer here to get it butchered. DELICIOUS! He shared some of the chili he made out of the ground meat, and some of the deer salami (like a hard summer sausage). Yum....

Called for dry aged ribeyes, was told to come in. I picked up my steaks and went home and they infact were not dry aged! Just regular rib eyes.
