Beginning as a supplier of pipe and underground materials to area contractors, it has now grown to supply landscape materials as well, reaching more customers every day. About 15 years ago, Carol Forney, President of Forney's Supply in Hobart, Indiana, thought a landscaped area in front of the office would be a welcomed sight for her customers. She had a load of river rock brought in to contain her plantings. Almost instantly, people were drawn into the office inquiring if they could purchase river rock. Not one to turn a business opportunity away, Carol said. Yes! and that's how Forney's Supply got into the landscape business. We carefully research the marketplace to insure that our customers are getting the best products available. We supply quality product offerings, prompt delivery and attentive service. The landscape side of Forney's Supply has come a long way from that first load of river rock. Carol's desire to enhance her property turned into a profitable new addition to their existing business and that decorative entrance became a springboard for happiness to thousands of satisfied customers.
