Calumet Park is a family-owned cemetery built on 160-acres space in Merrillville, Ind., since 1928. The cemetery offers various choices of interment. It offers families estate lots in various sections, including Catholic, Greek, Macedonian, protestant, Serbian, and nonsectarian. It also offers private and community mausoleums surrounded with lakesides and gardens. The mausoleum complex has been decorated with nine different marbles to complement the stately d cor. Calumet Park offers a wide variety of caskets and vaults. It also offers a variety of monuments, such as standard granite, custom design granite, and granite and bronze markers. Calumet Park Cemetery offers preplanning and prepayment of burial and entombment services. Calumet Park also provides cremation and air burial as options.
