Cecelia Anne Powless, MD

Kevin Skuran, DO, completed his residency in OB/GYN at Garden City Hospital, part of the Michigan State University Statewide Campus System. He enjoys serving patients with the broad range of care needs provided by a general OB/GYN on a day-to-day basis, with a focus on minimally invasive surgery. Dr. Skuran enjoys spending time with his wife and child, and likes spending time outdoors, kayaking and fishing.

Driven by an interest in medicine at a young age, Dr. Lilla has been practicing family medicine since 2006 in both Indianapolis and Kokomo. She received her medical degree from University of Iowa Roy J. and Lucille A. Carver College of Medicine and completed her residency locally at St. Vincent Hospital. She has special interests in pediatric care, women's health (ob/gyn) and preventive health through healthy lifestyle choices. Originally from Uganda, she enjoys traveling, reading, music, movies and spending time with her husband and kids.
