Never in my life have I filled up at a gas station and had a bathroom that was out of order. Unacceptable for a gas station lol

We went there to get gas and put card in at pump it wouldn't work so I go in and he said pump 5 is broke (no sign on pump) so this man took $ 28.96 and I was only getting 28.00 and he took all off...
