Dr. Mohammad Tariq has been practicing pulmonary and critical care medicine for 10 years. He finished his internal medicine residency in Johnstown, PA., and pulmonary and critical care training in Pittsburgh, PA. He is board certified in internal medicine, pulmonary and critical care medicine. He is a member of American College of Chest Physicians, American Thoracic Society and American Academy of Sleep Medicine. His areas of expertise include asthma, COPD, lung infections, pulmonary hypertension, venous thromboembolic disease, interstitial lung disease and critical care medicine. Dr. Tariq strives to provide his patients with comprehensive, state-of-the-art medical care, to communicate clearly in an easily understandable and compassionate manner, and to empower his patients to make the best, most informed decisions about their healthcare needs.

Kimberly Sue Byrum, NP is an orthopedic surgery nurse practitioner with Community Health Network. Now accepting new patients.

Stella Taber, NP, received a master of science degree in nursing from Indiana University Kokomo. She is a registered diagnostic cardiac sonographer with ARDMS. She has been with Community Health Network as a registered nurse in the emergency department/cardiology since 1993. She has a special interest in congestive heart failure and echocardiography. In her spare time, she enjoys painting, playing piano, yoga, and spending time with her husband and three children.
