Dr. Tack received her medical degree from Michigan State University and completed her residency at DeVos Children's Hospital in Grand Rapids, Michigan. She is board-certified by the American Board of Pediatrics and is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics. She enjoys knitting, reading, baking and spending time outdoors with family and friends. Dr. Tack believes in compassionate, patient-centered care.

About Dr. Iftikhar Asma Iftikhar, MD, is a graduate of Rajshahi Medical College and Hospital, Rajshahi, Bangladesh, where a residency in Internal Medicine and Obstetrics was completed. An internal medicine residency was completed at North Shore LIJ Hofstra University at Forest Hill Hospital, Forest Hill, NY. Also, Dr. Iftikhar finished a pulmonary and critical care fellowship at New York Presbyterian Queens – Flushing, NY.
