How do you have a blizzard of the month and be out of it. Then the manager has a headset hooked to his cell phone and more interested in his personal conversation than waiting on customers

Terrible customer service & disrespectful employees. When my order was made incorrectly, the refused to remake it. Don't expect to get a smile or have a friendly interaction at this location.

Today they were very fast and ice cream was great! Tables were not very clean but the car line was really long!

Spare yourself. With rising prices everywhere, it's just not worth it to me. Order confusion, long lines and the like make this location less than ideal. And with other dessert/ice cream places...
