Dr John C Miller MD

Dr. Minesh Rajkotia earned his bachelor of science in neuroscience and bachelor of science in psychology from Indiana University. He received his medical degree from Ross University School of Medicine. He completed his family medicine residency at Community Hospital East in Indianapolis. Dr. Rajkotia is also a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians.Dr. Rajkotia looks forward to practicing full-spectrum child, adolescent and adult outpatient family medicine. He has special medical interests in pediatric care, diabetes management, men's health and joint injections.In his spare time, Dr. Rajkotia enjoys traveling with his wife, trying various cuisines from all over the world, and rooting for the Colts and the Pacers. He is also fluent in Gujarati and Hindi.

Debra K. Taylor has been a nurse practitioner since 1999. She received a master of science in nursing as a nurse practitioner from Indiana University. She has a post-master’s degree in family practice from Northern Kentucky University. Debra is board certified in both women’s health and family practice. Debra was born and raised in Indiana and lives in Greenwood. She lives with her two children, Alexander and Madelynn. She spends her free time with children, friends and dogs. She loves trying new ethnic foods and learning about cultures.
