Creative Craftsmen, Inc (CCI) is a job shop custom metal fabricator with CNC equipment. We are a supplier of hangers, carriers, and related items for overhead conveyors, as well as other custom material handling components. We specialize in automotive type applications. and have worked directly and indirectly for most automotive manufactures in North American, including Chrysler, GM, Ford, Toyota, Honda, etc. We also specialize in the pipe/tube hangers for electronic and other industries. Plastisol coating can also be provided. We are a defense contractor and have successfully completed (5) contracts on Harpoon Anti-Ship Guided Missile containers and (1) contract on Ammo Racks for the Army's Hummer vehicle. In addition, we helped develop a Stinger Missile Rack for the same vehicle. We manufacture spare parts and complete units for the McDonnell Douglas/Boeing Co. Aerospace division. Our equipment includes (2) Trumpf CNC Punch/Plasma machines with automatic tool changers. They have a capacity of 1/2" mild steel. In 1999 we purchased a 4000 watt Laser with 5' x 10' shuttle tables for flat sheet and plate, with a capacity of up to 3/4" mild steel. The machine is also equipped with rotary pipe and tube cutting capabilities. We also have a progressive numerical programming system for Laser cutting or etching numbers in succession. This enables us to offer custom numerical tags/plates in all types and gauges of material. CCI also has a CNC Vertical Mill as well as (2) CNC Vertical Machining Centers, (1) equipped with twin spindles. Both have (30) station automatic tool changers for each spindle. We have a Bridgeport CNC Lathe w/12 station turret and automatic bar feed.
