I was asked 4 or 5 times about getting new glasses. the greed is starting to show ! very disappointing

The wrong lenses were ordered, so I have an additional wait to get my glasses. There was only one receptionist, who was on a lengthy customer call. I had to stand and wait to check in.

I have gone to this eye care professional for over a decade but as of late it seems the wait times are getting out of hand. You can have an appt at 3 pm and not actually see the Dr until 4:30 pm....
