GiGi's Genesis Health Bar is operated by GiGi University graduates specializes in smoothies, wraps, sandwiches and build your own salads. Coffee, tea and bottled beverages are also available. Additionally, GiGi's Genesis Health Bar offers a variety of gluten free options. The vision is to eliminate barriers so that individuals with disabilities can develop their skillset and explore employment opportunities. Learning opportunities include customer service, independence, career training, community integration, building self-confidence, teamwork, and promoting acceptance in the community by developing social, interpersonal, and occupational skills.
