Terrible customer service. my daughter scheduled a manicure with tips, I took her, the tech wasn't able to do tips, and they charged us with a "cancellation fee" of $21 despite their employee...

Shaquan is awesome! Nails are beautiful. She also waxed my brows and tinted them. They look terrific! All the technicians are friendly and the salon is clean. I highly recommend.
