Unbelievable customer service. We, The Pint Room, had a water line leak one day and then a tea dispenser leak the next day. After two years of no problems, each day we called to have these issues...

Normally, I would have given them a 5 star, but yesterday we had the WORST latte. They had been so great. I'm hoping it was poor training of one employee who didn't know how to steam the milk....
