Brian starting working for the family business when he was in high school. Post college graduation, he and his wife, Kellie, collaborated their achievements and created Ritchie Finishes - commercial painting, residential painting, and interior design. In 2024 we added Kevin Jarvis as a partner to head up our flooring division.
