Dr. Casper received his bachelor's degree from Cedarville University in Ohio and his medical degree from the University of Toledo. He joined the Memorial Hospital Family Medicine Residency Program in 2007 and is pleased to continue his career at Cleveland Road Medical Group. Dr. Casper is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians. His hobbies include woodworking, hunting, fishing, and gardening.

A South Bend native, Dr. Hall received his master's degree in physiology and biophysics from Indiana University, and his medical degree from Indiana University School of Medicine. He completed his residency in family medicine with Memorial Hospital of South Bend. Dr. Hall is board-certified in family medicine and has a special interest in pediatrics and office surgery.

Our medical staff works with patients and their primary care providers to create a care plan that involves education, nutritional support, social support services and ongoing management. This proactive, collaborative approach prevents or delays the progression of kidney disease and improves the overall quality of life for people diagnosed with kidney disease. For patients who require it, we coordinate and manage dialysis access through Beacon Medical Group Vascular Interventional Radiology.
