Why would you buy a whole bowling alley Which is really old and needs constant maintenence. That or the lanes themselves need scrapped and new ones put in. (Which I know is not gonna happen). And...

Stay Away. Incompetent staff. Outdated equipment. Hours may change with no notice. Remodeling may never get finished. Trying to build a barr while the bowling equipment suffers....
