Kristen Scherkenbach Simpkins, MD

Tobe Coleman, MD, received an undergraduate degree from Adelphi University in Garden City, NY. She received her medical degree from Indiana University School of Medicine. She completed her pediatric residency at Indiana University School of Medicine. She has worked as a pediatrician with Community Health Network since 2016. Prior to this she worked as a general pediatrician and newborn hospitalist for a health system in Indianapolis, as well as KidsExpress urgent care. She enjoys caring for children from infancy to adolescence and has a special interest in preventive care, new parent education and breast feeding/infant nutrition. Born and raised in Nigeria, she enjoys traveling, interior decorating, cooking, and spending time with family and friends.

Emi Bays, MD, received a bachelor of arts degree from Indiana University. She received a medical degree from Case Western Reserve University and completed a pediatric residency at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center. She has more than seven years of experience in outpatient/inpatient general pediatrics. She has a special interest in well child visits and preventive care. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, enjoying the outdoors, reading, and spending time with her husband and three young children.
