Norman Hayden & Sons Dozer Service began in 1956, founded by the late Norman Hayden. For many years he provided customers in Daviess and surrounding counties with excavating services. He built loyalty with his customers and a reputation for fairness and trustworthiness. In the mid-1970s, Jimmy and Phil Hayden began working with their father, providing excavation and oil field services. In 1993, Norman retired but remained an employee of the business until 2000. In 2006, Bradley Hayden, son of Phil, began working full time and became the third-generation Hayden to serve in the family business. Normans success was driven by his conviction to always treat customers fairly. That same principle has carried on through each generation. In the mid-1990s Norman Hayden & Sons Dozer Service Inc., began a transition to the field tile installation industry to accommodate the growing customer demand for farm drainage systems. Today, Hayden Tiling has the equipment and expertise to successfully complete any size tile installation project. We remain committed to complete customer satisfaction through every phase of the project. From initial contact to receiving a completed installation map, we aim to exceed your expectation.
