Great customer service. I received a slightly damaged lamp shade and called to see about return. Even though they had closed for the day, they called me back and made it good right away....

Will not order from this company again ... Ordered a Berry Wreath ... Berries are styrofoam not plastic ...wasn't wrapped or protected in any way ... just tossed into a Priority Mail box ... box...
