Dr. Margarita Czeskis completed the Indiana University Family Practice Residency in 2005 and has been practicing as a family doctor since then. She served the northwest suburbs of Indianapolis before joining Family Medicine Care, Broad Ripple in 2010. A native of Russia, she graduated from Omsk State Medical Academy and practiced pediatrics there before coming to the United States. Dr. Czeskis enjoys seeing patients of all ages, and has special interests in pediatrics, preventive and wellness medicine as well as management of chronic illnesses. Dr. Czeskis combines years of experience with staying up to date on the latest medical information. Her thorough and compassionate care as well as easygoing personality is never unnoticed by patients, who describe her as a physician who takes time to listen to patient’s concerns, and truly takes an interest in getting patients to feel better. Dr. Czeskis and her husband live in Carmel. In their spare time they enjoy biking, reading, traveling and visiting their grown children.

Dr. Baloski was born and raised in Crown Point, Indiana. She graduated from Indiana University Bloomington with bachelor degrees in biology and nutrition science and with minors in chemistry and sociology. She pursued her medical degree from the Indiana University School of Medicine. After completing her IU Methodist Family Medicine Residency, Dr. Baloski joined Community Health Network in 2018. As a board-certified family physician, she prides herself on providing high-quality medical care based on building long-lasting relationships with a diverse patient population. Dr. Baloski focuses these relationships on cultivating open and honest dialogues and charting a course for healthy living, while emphasizing the importance of preventive care. During her free time, she enjoys a wide variety of music, spending time with family and friends, and developing her culinary skills.

Dr. Fox is a board-certified family practice physician and a graduate of the Community Hospital Family Practice Residency Program. She has been working for Community Health Network since her graduation in 2002. Dr. Fox treats patients of all ages and has special interest in diabetes, heart disease prevention, polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS) and pediatrics. She resides in Indianapolis with her husband and three children and is also a gifted linguist who speaks fluent English, Russian and Ukrainian.
