Took a visiting family member in for dinner. Got there early so we got a table immediately. Drinks offered and served quickly. Food took a little while and was ok, but nothing to write home about....

The Village Inn was rocking at 6:00pm on a Friday night when we arrived! It must be the place to be in Roanoke on the weekend! We weren't there for the full bar or the music but for the butter...
