Southern Indiana Adult Guardianship Services

Southern Indiana Adult Guardianship Services (SIAGS) is a court-appointed guardian agency that provides support and assistance to adults with intellectual disabilities, Dementia, and cognitive impairments who are unable to make everyday medical and financial decisions. As a Volunteer Advocates for Senior Incapacitated Adults (VASIA) program, SIAGS relies on a team of trained volunteers who regularly visit clients and serve as the eyes and ears for the court.

With a dedicated staff led by Director Sarah Walker NCG, SIAGS covers Orange, Washington, Crawford, Dubois, and Lawrence Counties, ensuring that vulnerable adults receive the necessary care and attention they require.
