The Starke County Chamber of Commerce was established on January 1, 2000, through the merger of the Greater Knox Area Chamber of Commerce and the North Judson Chamber of Commerce. This countywide chamber is dedicated to advocating, promoting, and attracting local businesses to support the economy and quality of life in Starke County.

Representing all of Starke County, including various towns like Knox, North Judson, and Hamlet, the Chamber operates from the renovated Nickel Plate Depot in Knox, Indiana. By fostering collaboration and a positive business climate, the Starke County Chamber continues to strengthen the local community since its inception.
