Stephen Ritter, MD

Over the years, Dr. David Porter has taken every opportunity to learn about foot and ankle injuries and to share what he learns through publications, presentations and conversations with patients. His focus areas include: ● Ankle Arthroscopy ● Achilles Rupture ● Fifth Metatarsal Jones Fracture ● Lateral Ankle Reconstruction ● Navicular Stress Fracture Dr. Porter serves as a peer reviewer for national and international medical journals. He builds his own strength and agility by exercising and playing golf. Dr. Porter is also actively involved in the Indianapolis community and local charities. A native of Madisonville, Kentucky, he and his wife, Theresa M. Porter, MD, are the proud parents of two daughters.

As a high school football and basketball student-athlete in Bloomington, Indiana, Dr. Thomas Klootwyk developed an early interest in sports-related injuries and the science involved in the healing and recovery from those injuries. His 25-year career includes international recognition and a place on the ACL Study Group, a selection of 150 knee surgeons worldwide who gather for a one-week discussion about advancements in the treatment of ACL injuries. He specializes in disorders of the knee, including: ● Knee Arthroscopy ● Knee Ligament Reconstruction: ACL, PCL, MCL Lateral Side ● Treatment of Meniscal and Chondral Knee Injuries ● Patellofemoral Realignment ● Sports Medicine Additionally, Dr. Klootwyk brings the knowledge and experience he has gained as a team physician for high school, college and professional sports - including the Indianapolis Colts - to each patient he sees. He has been married for more than 30 years and has three daughters.

Dr. Sydney Harman discovered her passion for working with patients to personalize their treatments for chronic pain while completing her residency at the Richard L. Roudebush VA Medical Center in Indianapolis. Her patient-centered approach allows her to treat each patient as an individual rather than a diagnosis. Her focus areas include: ● Anesthesiology ● Chronic Pain Medicine Dr. Harman is married to Thomas Krupski, who works at Forté Sports Medicine and Orthopedics as a physician assistant. Born and raised in Iowa, she is thankful to have grown up among the kind and hardworking people of the Midwest. She enjoys spending time with her bernedoodle, biking around the city, gardening and supporting local sports teams.
