When red flags abound, it is a good sign never to use these people for anything! Two (2) of my neighbors use this company and so I thought it would be easy for them to come to my place as well....

Never experienced such poor customer service before. The clerk took my credit card info and scheduled me for a back flow test on certain date/time. It did not happen on the scheduled day. Later...
