We are a small chef owned/operated establishment with 20 tables that brings an upscale casual twist to Fort Wayne with "fine dining" dishes but without the white table cloths. We focus on bringing the best locally grown produce within a days of drive along with locally raised beef, pork, duck & chicken with a focus on sustainable seafood & agriculture.
