Showed up on time but took as long as they possibly could with the move. I have never seen anyone milk a job like they did, so slow, no urgency! One guy used our restroom for at least 15 minutes!...

The team called me to let me know they'd arrive early and coordinated an appropriate time to do so. They finished in the time allotted and were wonderful!
