We just got breakfast from Wendy's on west Washington St. The bacon,egg and cheese biscuit and honey butter chicken sandwich was absolutely delicious. We also got 2 small iced caramel coffees....

Terrible Customer Service !! Drive through lady .. on 12/3/25 !! at 330pm !! she yelled at me through the speaker phone . i pulled up and asked for extra sauce she slammed the window in my face...

Since they changed the French fries there is not much difference between them and McDonald's we don't like the French fries and some of the sandwiches are coming out stail I have not been to...

This is the first time there was no thank you or anything. I said have a good day and no response. Food just shoved out window with a scowl. So much for customer service
