When you offer a jalapeño cheese bagel on the menu, please make it an actual bagel and NOT a bread roll. Very disappointed that this was the offer. This offer looks like bait and switch.

The place is very dirty. Customer service is terrible. The workers are just rude to the customers. Bagel was edible, but I won't be back.

Bruegger's Bagels. Love a good bagel! Self serve coffee bar was cool! The egg white turkey sausage sandwich was good! They also have a good selection of different bagel types!
