We had blown the fuse for our furnace on Christmas Eve Eve and the gentleman that answered the phone, after midnight I might add, was very helpful walking my husband through how to fix the problem...

Not happy with what is going on right now... my furnace went out. I called Saturday the tech came out right away. He said that the furnace needed be replaced and that he could do it on Monday...
