Heartland Christian School

Established in 1962, Birchcrest Elementary School is a part of Bellevue Public Schools and is located in Bellevue, Neb. The school offers academic programs to students in prekindergarten through grade six. The school conducts classes in reading, writing, basic skills, English, math, science, social studies, music, and health and physical education. Birchcrest Elementary School has a parent-teacher association that organizes educationally centered community events throughout the year. The school has a media center that assists students in the development of information literacy skills. Birchcrest Elementary School also operates a computer laboratory and publishing center and offers an extended day program.
