Product lines range from traditional pizza meat toppings and meatballs to breakfast meats and Mexican-style meat fillings for foods such as enchiladas. Burke is a family-owned business with a more than 35-year history and a commitment to providing meat products to the food industry. The company is based out of Nevada, Iowa, but has coast-to-coast sales in the United States as well as some international orders in Canada, South America and Central America.
