With headquarters in Woodbine, Iowa our cooperative provides electrical service to members in portions of Harrison, Shelby, Monona, Crawford and Pottawattamie Counties. As a rural electric cooperative, we are proud of our heritage and we strive to provide quality electrical services at affordable prices.
