Founded in 2002, The Respite Connection Inc. helps families in understanding their wants and provides solution. Located in Urbandale, Iowa, the firm conducts programs across the United States. It provides a variety of services, such as respite, supported community living (SCL) and interim medical monitoring and treatment under HCBS waiver programs as brain injury/ill and handicapped/intellectual disability waiver. The Respite Connection Inc. develops SCL services for kids under 18 and the staff teaches toileting/bathing/dressing and improving social skills, among others.
