Pitiful service after spending $13 at drive thru. Waited 15 minutes and never brought food out. Had to walk up to drive thru window. Couple of space cadets working there on nights

Bad drive thru with an employee named LISA. Rude and hateful. Called the customer service phone number and complained. Arby's is a want and not a need. Dine in is slow and lobby is dirty with rag...
