Staff could care less about customer service. They never attempt to knock on my door for deliveries, just put a note in the mailbox. When I go to pick up packages, they ask me how many packages....

I know this is a third party so there's going to be a markup BUT today I was charged ~$25 each for Priority mail packages that should have cost ~$12 to ship. I'm pretty sure the man there didn't...
