Atmosphere, service, and food was outstanding!! This is definitely a hidden gem buried in the Flint Hills and worth the drive!!

The Brandin' Iron is located in the historic Opera House in Florence, Ks. We serve locally produced beef and quality food with great service. In addition to our regular hours, we are also open for dinner the second weekend of the month on Friday and Saturday.

For a small town restaurant, this place was pretty darn good. Nice setting, good food, and good service. It's around 45 minutes away from us, but it's worth the trip. We'll be back.

Love the Brussels sprouts! We were served by friendly waiter and got our food expediently. Nice building and good location.
