They forgot the pickles on my burger I can't eat my burger without pickles so I couldn't eat all of it. I was so sad because we don't have a Braum's in Olathe. I always ask if we can go there...

It took us 40 minutes to get our food and the order was wrong causing us to be late to our event. The store was not clean and would not recommend it.

The only thing worse than food was the service. It took four attempts to order a cheeseburger with pickle and onion (only). The burger arrived with pickle and onion, and drenched in ketchup....
