Sat in the drive-thru for approximately five minutes without being helped. I then pulled forward to use the walk-up window. The employee was sitting inside with his feet up, playing on his phone....

Only 1 person in front of me already at the checkout in the drive thru. Took at least 15 min to get to me.All I ordered was assorted munchkin 10c. Only ended up with 2 kinds. I don't understand...

Probably one of the slowest Dunkin's you would ever go to half the time they don't have what you orders and wait to tell you they don't have the items you order till way after you been waiting for...
