Supported by the Ellsworth County Economic Development, the program follows the curriculum and style of the world-renowned Kansas Leadership Center. Through experimental learning and a focus on four leadership competencies and five principles, participants can expect to be challenged and equipped with tools that can transform their civic engagement, professions, relationships, and lives.

Leadership Ellsworth County offers a skills-based program that empowers individuals to become better leaders. Participants will have the opportunity to learn and practice these skills in a supportive environment, leaving with a plan of action for their own leadership challenges. The program is available in sessions that can be attended individually or as a cumulative series, with a rebate offered to those who attend all sessions. With a cutting-edge curriculum and a network of classmates who become colleagues and friends, Leadership Ellsworth County is a must for anyone seeking to lead in today's challenging fields.
