Grant Elementary School

Pleasant Hill High School is a part of the Pleasant Hill R-3 School District, which operates primary, elementary, intermediate, middle and high schools. Pleasant Hill High School serves students in grades 9 through 12. Its academic curriculum includes various subjects, such as math, science, social studies and language arts. The school also offers courses in art, physical education, and vocal and instrumental music. In addition, Pleasant Hill High School conducts sessions in business education, industrial arts, vocational agriculture, and family and consumer science. Shawnee Heights Middle School enrolls more than 500 students in grades seven and eight. The school offers student programs related to band, orchestra, vocal music and theater. In addition, Shawnee Heights Middle School operates a library and media center that offers a collection of books, instructional materials and reference sets. The school provides sports activities, such as tennis, golf, soccer and football. Shawnee Heights Middle School is located in Tecumseh, Kan. The school is a part of Shawnee Heights U.S.D. 450, which serves over 3,500 students in pre-kindergarten through grade 12.
