What a gem. We pulled off I-70 for gas and to grab a bite. There aren't a lot of options and we almost went to Qdoba in the Travel Center. Luckily we went up the road and found Maria's. Great...

Chips were hot and fresh. All the food tasted very fresh and house made. Restrooms were clean, and you can see the kitchen when you order, and it was clean and tidy. Glad we stopped for lunch!
